Corporate Services

Used on their own or in conjunction with other entities such as trusts or foundations, a company is a useful vehicle for operating a business, or for holding specific assets. Companies may be established under the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, or under the laws of various jurisdictions throughout the world and Absolute Group's corporate services are able to assist with the formation, management, and administration wherever they are incorporated.

In some jurisdictions certain business activities may require special licensing or reporting requirements and a separate company for this purpose is a good way of ensuring segregation and meeting appropriate licencing or reporting obligations. Alternatively, where there are several owners of a single asset or type of assets, a company may be used to easily administer the assets on behalf of several owners while limiting those members' liability.
